1. Placing Orders
1.1. To place an order, you must provide the required information; including your name, shipping address, email address.
1.2. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete to ensure a smooth handling of your order.
1.3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the purchase price for the products ordered, including any applicable VAT and shipping costs.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and may vary.
Didn't receive your package?
Check the Track & Trace code of the package. And contact us if necessary.
Is the delivery address you entered correct?
Did you perhaps receive a 'Not at home message'? It is possible that your package has been delivered to your neighbors or that the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.
If you still do not receive a package, please contact us.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1. For changes to your order, please contact us by email at info@adawiyyacouture.com. If you are planning to order multiple items and would like to make changes after placing your order, you can send us a message via the same email. This allows us to immediately check whether the order has already been sent with the delivery person. Once the order has been sent, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes.
3.2. To ensure that your order is delivered to your home as quickly as possible, we often start packing your order immediately after it has been placed. Due to this fast processing process, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order. If you do choose to cancel the order, you can return the order according to our return policy.
