Return conditions

You can return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product has original labels, tags.
- The product is unworn and unwashed and has no strong odors.
- The product must be returned clean and has no make-up stains. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

 

How can I return my order?

You can easily process your return through our return form. Print the form and fill it in as accurately as possible. Add the completed return form to the return package. And choose your shipping method.

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to consider your return after receiving your package. Once you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to return your package.

 

Can I try on ordered products before returning them?

Of course, you can try on the products you received. Please note that you do not wear them. If we see damage or wear that shows that more has happened than just assessing the product, we cannot refund the purchase amount.

 

What are the costs for returning my order?

Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. This means that our webshop is not liable for damaged or lost returned items. We do not accept damaged packages.

 

What happens when I have returned my order?

As soon as your package is with the supplier, you will be kept informed of the return process. Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process it within 10 working days at the latest. It is important to note that we cannot process your return if it does not meet our requirements. If you have not received a response from us after 7 days, please contact us via our email address: info@adawiyyacouture.com. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will hold the package for you for a maximum of 7 days. During this period, you can contact us to have the package returned at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot provide further assistance after 7 days if we have not received a response from you. We regret that we may not be able to assist you, but returning the products is your own responsibility. Please make sure you read the return policy carefully before submitting a return.

 

How long does it take to receive my purchase amount back?

As soon as we have received your return package, we will conduct a quality check, which may take up to 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. You will receive the purchase amount (including shipping costs if the entire order is returned) in your account.

Which products can I not return?

We do not accept returns if:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been damaged by you.
  • Packages that are not sufficiently stamped.

Adawiyya Couture does not provide refunds in the event of refusal upon delivery due to non-payment of import duties and taxes.

 

Warranty

If a product has a production error, you can return the product in consultation with us.
Please note the following points:

- Always contact us first so that we know what is going on.

- Products that have been deliberately damaged are not covered by the warranty.

- Products that were not purchased from us but elsewhere are not covered by our warranty. You must contact the person from whom you purchased the product.

 

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
